Snakel was really speechless, he was unable to explain to Gu Mengmeng what exact preparations he did in the 19 years when he waited for her.

All obstacles that would hinder them were completely cleared by Snakel long ago so anyone who dared to gossip and pinpoint him and Gu Mengmeng did not exist in the family. He was the entire family’s support. Back then, he used one sentence ‘It’s easy to make a family flourish but it’s easier to destroy a family’ to wake everyone in the family up.

Snakel used 19 years to become the absolute principle in his family. Everything of him was correct.

So, the woman he liked was the entire family’s goddess.

The dramatic and heartwrenching scenes that Gu Mengmeng was worried about would never happen.

But, he could not confess his identity to Gu Mengmeng for the time being.

“After you’re done bathing, I’ll bring you to watch a show.” Snakel did not allow Gu Mengmeng to have any chance to protest before he ripped her clothes apart and threw them to one side. Seeing how she tried to cover herself in embarrassment, he said coldly, “You’re going to be mine eventually, what’s the point of covering yourself up?”

Then, Snakel used a large bath towel to cover her up and placed her next to the dressing table, blow-drying her hair with a small hairdryer.

This was not the first time Snakel bathed Gu Mengmeng. He bathed her once in the Beast World but that was because she was poisoned and let alone struggling, it was hard for her to even breathe so the bath turned out to be quite smooth.

Snakel squatted down and revealed her face from the bath towel, saying, “If you feel that you got the worst of it, let’s return back to the bathroom. I’ll remove all my clothes and let you bathe me, alright?”

Gu Mengmeng’s face turned even redder. She straightened her neck and turned her head to the other side, away from Snakel. She was determined to ignore him.

Snakel chuckled and added, “You casually mentioned a break-up and hurt my heart but you have no intention to pacify me at all. So, I gained this welfare for myself as a form of compensation. You’re not in the position to get angry, do you understand?”

Snakel pinched Gu Mengmeng’s little chin and turned her face to him, continuing, “If you face any troublesome matters, you don’t have to run away. All you need to do is to run into my arms. If you dare to think about leaving me again, regardless what the reason is, I’ll settle you on the spot and then bring you to register our marriage. Do you hear me?”

Gu Mengmeng hesitated, not daring to nod her head.

Snakel took in a deep breath and used up all his patience to say, “Listen carefully Gu Mengmeng, you’re mine and you can only be mine. Let alone not being able to escape my palms, even if you manage to escape, I’ll flip this entire world upside down to find you. And moreover, you have my symbol on your body. Nobody in this world will dare to hide you. Instead, the entire world will send you back to me, do you understand?”

Gu Mengmeng stared at him in grievance, why did it sound like he was threatening her?

“Twomeng, no matter what you want, I’ll give them all to you. I can give you everything…..except for freedom.” Snakel brought Gu Mengmeng into his arms and said softly, “Other than leaving you, I’ll listen to whatever you say. So be obedient and stay by my side, hmm?”
