Gu Mengmeng was freezing. Under such circumstances, she had no time to continue arguing. If she hesitated, she could not go up the Motou Mountains and might just become a frozen human stick.

As such, Gu Mengmeng lay on Gregory’s back without any words. After she had laid down safely, Gregory transformed into his beast form and flew into the clouds.

After his transformation, Gregory’s body was covered by a layer of feathers. Gu Mengmeng was covered in his feathers and could feel his body warmth transmitting through the dense layers of feathers. The first time he flapped his wings, Gu Mengmeng could feel the strong and powerful muscles on his back. Her ears felt as though they were blocked, which was likely due to the high air pressure that was similar to taking an airplane.

Gu Mengmeng did not know how high she was flying in the sky and did not know which tribe was beneath her. She was not very close to Gregory, but such a wide back gave her a sense of security.

Gu Mengmeng turned her face to the side and lay on Gregory’s back. As it was too cold in the surroundings, she unknowingly drew closer to him and his body warmth. Such a behavior was inappropriate, but she could not withstand the cold and the temptation of warmth from him.

Gu Mengmeng bit her lower lip and said, “Uh… Gregory, don’t worry. I will not tell anyone about me riding on your back… In case, in case anyone finds out in the future, and other female beasts complain about you being unfaithful, I will take responsibility and recommend you a partner…”

Gregory’s eyes darkened. Luckily, he was in his beast form and Gu Mengmeng could not tell his expression, so he could be as depressed as he wanted.

He really wanted to tell her that taking responsibility should not be in this way.

His back could only be for her. If she wanted to take responsibility for him, she should make him his partner.

If he said it, she might even run away from him.

After flying three days and three nights, Gregory stopped at a cave entrance near a cliff.

Gu Mengmeng finally landed on the ground. She could not even stand steadily and had fallen to the side onto the ground.

Elvis and Lea had already awakened along the way, but they had not spoken throughout the flight.

The two of them saw Gu Mengmeng getting off Gregory’s back, but they both decided to ignore it.

When Joshua and Victor confessed to Gu Mengmeng, they could question her out of jealousy because they were certain that Gu Mengmeng would not take a liking towards them, so no matter how they asked, they would only get the answer they wanted.

But Gregory was different. His looks were not inferior to Lea and abilities would not lose out to Elvis original level. Based on his physique, it was likely for him to rise by two levels after becoming partners with her.

Such a love rival could not be underestimated. Elvis and Lea were very worried to hear Gu Mengmeng’s answer, so they chose… not to ask.

Elvis walked to Gu Mengmeng’s side. Using his body to provide her warmth, he transformed into his beast form to wrap her up in his stomach. Lea looked at Gregory and smiled, “Our Mengmeng is afraid of cold, can I trouble you to find some dry firewood for us?”
