Chapter 138: The Awakening

Zhao Yao replied, “Isn’t that enough? I remembered watching on television that someone managed to fold one square of toilet paper eight times. This means you get eight chances. Why are you so greedy?”

“I must remain calm. The number one rule for all fights is to remain calm,” Lin Chen gritted his teeth and tried his best to compose himself. He repeated, “But I’m the one who brought the paper in.”

A 1 dollar coin rolled out from below the door, “That should be enough.”

“This guy!” Lin Chen’s lips drew into a snarl as he picked up the 1 square of toilet paper and stared at it helplessly, “Wait till I finish cleaning my butt.”

Just when Lin Chen was about to finish cleaning, Mango which was hidden inside Zhao Yao’s cat bag squinted his eyes and nibbled on his lower lip. Mango felt extremely uncomfortable.

The next moment, Lin Chen clutched his stomach and mumbled, “Don’t tell me there’s more.”

Chills went down Lin Chen’s spine, and he experienced goosebumps all over his body.

“No, this cannot be controlled by willpower alone,” Lin Chen frantically knocked on the cubicle’s door and shouted, “Get out now! Didn’t I enter the toilet first? Get the hell out of my cubicle right now!”

Zhao Yao paid no attention to Lin Chen’s demand and had no intention to open the door.

The door swung opened with a loud bang. However, something happened in an instant, and he was squatting outside the cubicle like what happened previously. He turned around to the door behind him and saw the door hanging loosely on its frame. However, the door remained firmly shut.

“What happened?” Lin Chen could not believe his eyes and thought, “I’m sure I kicked the door open just now. What exactly happened?”

Splashing sounds continued erupting from that cubicle, and Lin Chen could sense an evil presence inside it.

Lin Chen’s brows knitted together as he concluded, “This guy has an extremely powerful ability.”

A rumbling sound erupted from Lin Chen’s belly, and his face turned instantly white. He shouted, “It’s coming out now!”

In his moment of desperation, Lin Chen’s vision turned blurry for a second.

During the time freeze, Zhao Yao had wiped off the sweat from his forehead and declared, “Finally done!” He looked at Lin Chen who was in so much agony that his entire face was drenched in sweat. Zhao Yao looked at him and smirked, “Can’t you just wait for a short while? Aren’t you embarrassed to call yourself a police officer?”

Zhao Yao had recognized him as the police officer he met during the previous encounter with killer cat.

Zhao Yao dragged Lin Chen into the cubicle and adjusted him to a squatting position, similar to just now. He carried his cat bag and disabled his power before leaving the toilet.

When time resumed, Lin Chen found himself squatting in the cubicle. He released his control, and the splashing sound returned. He finally relaxed the muscles in his body which stopped him from shitting outside the cubicle.

“Finally!” Just when he thought that all was well, he looked around and exclaimed, “Did the person use up all the toilet paper?”

Zhao Yao had a spring in his legs as he returned to his Panamera. On the way there, he saw lots of people clutching onto their stomach and were rushing to nearby toilets. This was followed by agonizing cries.

Strange noises erupted from the toilet. An intense stench instantly enveloped the entire restaurant. There were stains on the walls and floor of the bathroom.

Inside the cubicle, Lin Chen who was busy finding some toilet paper shouted, “Get out! All of you get out!”
