Li Rui sneered at her. “Miss Pei, you call this bullying? You are too naive.”

At the other end, the waiters served popcorn to Xia Yingluo and Jin Ling’er.

Adding fuel to the flame, Xia Yingluo said, “Yea, show them some colors! We are here today to watch strip dance, the mood is completely ruined by these two bastards. They will have to pay for it! How about this, let them do the dance to make up for our losses instead.”

“What?!” Pei Yan’s expression changed. She did not expect this little slut Xia Yingluo to come up with this idea.

He simply answered yes and sent someone to drag Pei Yan here.

“Let go of me!” Pei Yan screamed. This time, she was truly afraid. How could she, a belle, be going up to strip dance? It would be a disaster for her reputation! She couldn’t just throw her face away! “Mr. Lu, my brother will kill you!”

Brother Qiang smiled calmly. “My apologies, Miss Pei. I’m left with no choice. It is your own fault for offending the Li Family’s Second Young Master.”

All of them came to a sudden realization as they finally knew Li Rui’s true identity.

Zhao Yixuan looked at him as if he had just met a ghost. “Y-You are the Second Young Master Li Rui from Skyart Entertainment?!” He finally understood why Brother Qiang did not side with Pei Yan. Li Rui’s status within the Li family was similar to the status of Pei Ziheng’s juniors in the Pei Family, or some might even say higher. Under these circumstances, why would Brother Qiang side with Pei Yan?

Li Rui smirked at him. “Did you just understand the situation? It’s slightly too late.” He suddenly remembered something and chuckled. “I see that you are infatuated with Yingluo? There’s something… Never mind, I shouldn’t tell you first, in case you get too agitated and faint.” Li Rui grew up in these pubs and clubs environment, and he’d seen too many men like Zhao Yixuan; he knew exactly why he took a liking on Pei Yan. Zhao Yixuan could not understand what he said and pleaded. “Second Young Master Li, please let go of Yan Yan. I will not fight with you for Xia Yingluo, but Yan Yan is innocent! She is different from Xia Yingluo, she is a girl from a good family, how can you let her go on stage and strip dance?”

Right as he finished his sentence, Li Rui booted him away.

Zhao Yixuan fell onto another table, landing right onto a piece of glass. His legs were in sharp pain from the kick and he did not know if his bones were broken from it.

“The slut Pei Yan is indeed different from Yingluo, she ain’t even fit to carry Yingluo’s shoes,” he said coldly.

He was her brother, there was no way he could stand others insulting his sister like this!

He stepped forward and parked his boots right before Zhao Yixuan. “Understood?”

Zhao Yixuan coughed. The man standing in front of him was causing him to shiver in fear, as if he was facing doom itself. He could not utter a reply. The man lifted his leg again and this time, Zhao Yixuan finally found his voice and cried out, “Understood! Understood!”

Li Rui placed his feet down slowly.

He signaled to Brother Qiang’s men to drag Pei Yan up the stage.

Pei Yan was held by a few thugs and she cried out, “You can’t do this to me! Yixuan, save me! Zhao Yixuan!”

Zhao Yixuan muttered cowardly, “C-Could you let her off this time?” He silently cursed Pei Yan for dragging him into this mess in the first place. On the surface, however, he still had to plead for her as they were an engaged couple, their interests bound as one.

Li Rui turned his gaze towards Xia Yingluo.

Xia Yingluo was busy enjoying the popcorn with Jin Ling’er. Seeing that her brother was looking at her, she said with popcorn in her mouth, “Since Zhao Yixuan is so compassionate, why don’t we let him replace her.”

Somehow, Li Rui understood what she was saying.

He looked down and smirked at Zhao Yixuan. “Yingluo says that you should replace Pei Yan for the strip dance, are you willing?”

Zhao Yixuan was stunned. He did not expect Xia Yingluo to come up with this idea. It was embarrassing for Pei Yan to strip dance, but it would be equally embarrassing for him to do the same. “Ummm… Ummm.” He stuttered.

Unbeknownst to him, from the beginning, Xia Yingluo did not intend to make Pei Yan strip dance. After all, she was still a girl. How could she bear the shame of strip dancing on stage? Xia Yingluo still had her morals, she was only too angry from the casino incident and wanted to scare Pei Yan. As for making Zhao Yixuan strip dance, it was not against her morals.

She laughed. “All the best. Put on a good show.”

Zhao Yixuan was close to tears.

Li Rui got impatient and threatened him. “Are you doing it or not? If you aren’t, Miss Pei will have to do it.”

“Zhao Yixuan, you heartless bastard. If you dare to let me strip dance, my brother will skin you alive!” Pei Yan shouted.

Zhao Yixuan was terrified and hurriedly replied, “I’ll do it, I’ll do it!” He realized with his mere status, there was no way he was escaping. He could not let Pei Yan do it. It would have hurt her reputation. Moreover, she would have broken up with him and punished him. Since he decided to marry her, he could only choose to help her.

Xia Yingluo clapped in happiness. “That’s good, hurry up and go. Let Miss Pei sit beside us and watch you. If we are not satisfied… Hmph, Miss Pei will still have to go up.”
