“Wanwan, if you still acknowledge me as your grandfather, listen to me and break up with him!”

The old man’s tone was stubborn. It was obvious that he was not joking.

Many thoughts flashed through Lin Wanwan’s mind. In the end, she only nodded obediently, “Grandfather, I know that you are doing this for my own good. However, I have been together with Lu Zhanbei for so long. Even if we are going to break up, we have to part on good terms. Can you give me some time?”

“Then hurry up.”

“Okay.”

Lin Wanwan helped the old man onto the bed. “Grandpa, you’re tired. Rest early.”

The old man closed his eyes tiredly and fell asleep very quickly.

Lin Wanwan waited for him for a while before leaving the room.

When she passed by the balcony, she saw Lin wanxin leaning against the railing.

Lin Wanwan walked over. “Grandpa, what’s Going On?”

“AD.”

Lin Wanwan was stunned. “Alzheimer’s Disease?”

“Yes.”

Lin Wanxin looked at the sky and her tone was indifferent, “As early as half a year ago, Grandpa had contracted this disease. However, other than the deterioration of his memory, there were no other symptoms. He had always told me to hide it from you until recently, when the situation suddenly worsened. When Alzheimer’s develops to the middle stage, it will become dementia. It’s also very easy to become impatient and restless.”

Lin Wanwan was silent. Although she didn’t understand medicine, she still knew this bit of common sense.

“Why didn’t you send Grandpa to the hospital?”

“It’s useless. This kind of illness can’t be cured. We can only rely on drugs to alleviate it.”

Lin Wanxin turned her head and sighed heavily. “Second sister, the person that Grandpa likes the most and is worried about the most is you. This kind of illness has magnified his worries. He didn’t deliberately force you. He just cares about you too much.”

Lin Wanwan’s heart was heavy. “You should have informed me earlier.”

“Heh.”Lin Wanxin suddenly laughed mockingly. “So what if you know? You’re so busy every day. You’re busy with work and talking about love with Lu Zhanbei. How could you have the leisure to take care of Grandpa?”

Lin Wanwan didn’t refute. She felt guilty in her heart.

She had indeed neglected too much about the people around her.

Lin wanxin rubbed her temples. “I’m sorry. I was too uncool.”

“I want to take Grandpa Away.”

Lin Wanxin shook her head. “It’s best not to. An unfamiliar environment will aggravate the illness. Second sister, don’t worry. I will take good care of Grandpa.”

Hearing this, Lin Wanwan didn’t insist anymore. It wouldn’t be too late to make arrangements after she consulted Gao Yang.

“I’ll be leaving first.”

“Wait a moment.”

Lin wanxin called out to her. “Second sister, today is the monthly board meeting.”

“I’ll be there on time.”

Seeing Lin Wanwan leave without turning back, Lin Wanxin narrowed her eyes.

In the world of martial arts, speed was the only thing that could not be broken.

Since Lin Wanwan had already discovered the old man’s situation, she had to act quickly.

She would prove to everyone that she, Lin Wanxin, was stronger than Lin Wanwan!

..

Lin Wanwan called Gao Yang over and asked him about the treatment method for Alzheimer’s disease.

Unfortunately, the answer she received was exactly the same as what Lin Wanxin said.

Lin Wanwan arrived at the LIN Group with a heavy heart. It was still the same meeting room.

Lin wanxin smiled and said, “Second sister, today is the day you entered the LIN Group to work for a year. According to our original agreement, it’s time for you to make your choice.”

Lin Wanwan raised her eyes. “What choice do I have? Whoever has the most shares has the right.”

“I only have 36% .”

Lin Wanwan’s eyebrows moved.

It seemed that Lin Wanxin had not been idle this year. She had no idea when she had actually acquired 6% of the scattered shares.
