“What you said is exactly the same as what Tang Chen said.”

“Brother-in-law?”Shen Yu slapped his thigh. “Shen Zhiyi, compared to Su Ning, isn’t brother-in-law much better?”

Shen Zhiyi nodded in agreement.

Little brother Shen chuckled, “So, instead of wasting your time on blind dates, why don’t you spend some effort to win over brother-in-law’s heart? I have 36 ways to woo a man. I can even be your assistant. I guarantee… Oh My, Shen Zhiyi, why did you hit me?”

Shen Zhiyi hit him on the head. “Not only did I hit you, I also want to beat you to death!”

Shen Yu looked wronged and muttered, “Hag!”.

Shen Zhiyi pretended not to hear him and walked upstairs. She thought, it’s hard to find a matchmaking partner who’s of the same family and willing to marry into the family. This time, father should be able to stop for a while.

However, Shen Zhiyi’s dream was shattered in one night.

Early in the morning, she was woken up by the doorbell. Outside the door stood father Shen’s head of bodyguards.

“Miss, master said that he has found a suitable matchmaker for you. He asked me to personally send you over.”

He found her so quickly?

Shen Zhiyi felt incredulous. “I’ll change my clothes first.”

Just as Shen Zhiyi stepped out of the door, Shen Yu opened the door of the room next door and made a phone call like a thief.

“Hello, is that brother-in-law?”

..

It was the same cafe as last time. Shen Zhiyi sized up the young man called Qiao Wenyu. He was rather handsome, but his eyes were feminine.

“Are you the eldest son of the Qiao family who just came back from abroad?”

“Yes.”

The Qiao family’s political power in the past few years was even more powerful than the Shen family’s. Later on, it gradually went downhill. However, a skinny camel was still bigger than a horse. The Qiao family could still be called a top-notch family. As the eldest son who had the right to inherit, Qiao Wenyu and Shen Zhiyi were of equal status, they were indeed of equal status.

However, with his status, how could he be willing to marry into a family?

Without waiting for Shen Zhiyi to ask, Qiao Wenyu had already said bluntly, “Miss Shen, the reason why I’m willing to go on a blind date with you is because you like women, and I like men.”

Shen Zhiyi raised her eyebrows with interest. “So?”

“We can get married by marriage.”

Obviously, Qiao Wenyu had come prepared. “After we get married, we’ll go our separate ways and not disturb each other. I Won’t take a single cent of the Shen family’s money, and you can’t meddle in the Qiao family’s affairs.”

To be honest, Shen Zhiyi was a little tempted.

She was used to being free and unfettered, and she didn’t want to use marriage to tie herself down. However, her father hoped that she could take control of the Shen family, but he was also worried that she would be alone for the rest of her life, so he insisted on forcing her to get married.

“I’ll think about it.”

Qiao Wenyu nodded and took out his phone to send a message. He frowned at times, but his expression was gentle at times.

A few minutes later, he did not know what the other party said, but he looked at Shen Zhiyi with annoyance. “Miss Shen, I’m very busy. Haven’t you thought about it?”

Shen Zhiyi was a person who could be persuaded but not forced. When she heard this, she clicked her tongue. “If you can’t wait, you can find someone else.”

Qiao Wenyu’s face darkened. “With your situation, you’re already lucky that I’m willing to marry you.”

Shen Zhiyi gave a faint smile. “Oh?”

“Who in imperial city would be willing to marry a man who likes women? Only someone like me wouldn’t mind. However, after we get married, you’d better restrain yourself and don’t cause any scandals.”

Shen Zhiyi nodded with interest.

“What else?”

Qiao Wenyu thought about it, and his tone had a hint of mercy, “Although I don’t want to touch a woman, as long as your performance after marriage is satisfactory, I can have two children with you, one surnamed Shen and the other surnamed Qiao. Everyone will be happy.”
