Sweet Adorable Wife, Please Kiss Slower! Chapter 1170 – Despicable, Disgusting, Slut

Chapter 1170: Despicable, Disgusting, Slut

These words were inexplicable. The reporters immediately followed up and asked what she meant by this.

Lin Qingxi’s eyes turned red and tears fell. She choked a sob and said, “Actually, I have been burying this secret in my heart for a long time already. I initially didn’t want to say this so that everyone wouldn’t suffer along with me. However, today’s her birthday. My heart just…”

The reporters looked at one another.

Why did she cry all of a sudden?

After Lin Qingxi’s mood became more stable, she used paper towels to wipe her face and apologized. Then, she dropped a bombshell to everyone in a sad tone.

“Actually, Lin Xiao’s my birth sister.”

“…” The scene immediately fell into a dead silence.

A few seconds later, the scene exploded and it was a mess.

Lin Xiao was a legend in Xia country’s entertainment circle. A lot of people knew her details clearly.

She was obviously an orphan.

“Everyone, quiet down. Please listen to me!”

Lin Qingxi pressed down both hands and said tirelessly, “I know you have a lot of doubts about my relationship with Lin Xiao. However, I’m not lying. The reason why Lin Xiao became an orphan was that she was abducted at the age of five!”

The crowd held their breath subconsciously. The camera was aimed at her face.

“My sister and I were born to the same mother. It was just that I had a lot of illnesses when I was young and I was raised abroad. We met for the first time when my sister was five years old. However, not too long later, my sister was abducted. We never gave up and always tried to look for her.”

“It wasn’t until the year Sister died that we found out information about the orphanage!”

“The orphanage stored every child’s hair, hoping that they could reunite with their families in the future. After a DNA test, it was confirmed that we are sisters. If you don’t believe it, you can interview the director of the Summer Orphanage!”

As she said this, Lin Qingxi took out a yellowed photograph.

The girl in the photograph was beautiful, and Lin Xiao’s shadow could be seen faintly.

This piece of news was too overwhelming. Everyone didn’t know what to say.

Tears were still in Lin Qingxi’s eyes. She looked unbearably sad and said, “When we found Sister, we were very agitated. However, before we could reunite with her, the news of her dying in a car accident came. Father and Mother fainted on the spot. I…”

She choked with sobs.

Upon hearing this, most people believed her words.

“Father and Mother were unwilling to return to Xia country as this was a sad place for them. However, I always thought of my sister. Thus, I gave up my career overseas and came here to develop myself. I know her fans have never forgotten her and I’m very grateful to everyone. I will miss my sister together with them.”

Lin Qingxi stood up and gave a bow.

“I will fulfill the wish that my sister didn’t manage to that year. Even though she is no longer around, she will always live in my heart!”

Clap clap clap!

There was a thundering round of applause.

After the fan appreciation meeting, Lin Qingxi returned to the lounge and refused interviews from all the media.

When Ada pushed the door and entered, she saw her holding the photo and smiling silently. How was she sad?

Ada walked over and looked at the photo in her hands. “Qingxi, so it turned out that Lin Xiao was your sister.”

“Yes, my good sister.”

Lin Qingxi traced the girl’s eyebrows in the photo with her finger and her tone was strangely gentle.

“She has such a great reputation in Xia country and she can help me defeat Lin Wanwan. After getting the best actress award from Silver Deer, my dead sister can even become a stepping stone for me. Isn’t that great?”
