Chapter 247: Eliminate

Everyone from Fallen Feathers died in the second hall of the first level of Fox Cave. Their corpses piled up on the ground or against the walls in all sorts of postures. Situ Luoyu met with the same fate as Proud over All Life. He had one arm hanging limp by his side while being the only survivor of Fallen Feathers Sect. His gaze was vicious, and with gritted teeth, he glared at Happy, who slowly walked toward him.

“One of these days, you will pay for what you did today!” Situ Luoyu said while enunciating each word.

He glanced at the two accomplices behind Happy. “You two as well!”

“Will we?”

Happy smiled faintly, and Little North humored him by putting on a terrified expression before he rolled his eyes.

“Boss, why don’t we go back to town and destroy Fallen Feathers Sect as well? We shouldn’t let this guy think that he’s all high-and-mighty just because he’s a sect master. He’s threatening all of us, the future pillars of the country…”

Right after he finished speaking, Situ Luoyu’s expression changed drastically, and he panicked.

“How dare you?! Do you actually think that Fallen Feathers Sect only has this much strength? I’m telling you, we’re not a normal sect affiliated to another normal sect! If you dare destroy Fallen Feathers Sect, someone will immediately make your life hell! They will chase you down to the ends of the earth!”

“Oh, threatening us, are you?”

Happy had a derisive expression. He flicked his wrist, and his Silver Wolf Emperor Breaker Sword quickly formed flickering sword shadows.

Situ Luoyu sucked in a sharp breath after seeing it. Moments earlier, it had been that normal sword style that had killed his people who had high-tier body fortification techniques. They were unable to block his attacks and were cut to pieces like tofu.

When Happy spoke again, his voice was filled with a cold chill.

“I’d like to know just who can chase me down to the ends of the earth and kill me. Tell me the name, and let me see if they’re actually qualified!”

When he looked at Situ Luoyu with an air of supremacy, the latter was rendered speechless. He did not dare to tell the secret.

If he brought out Class One Hall, then not only would Fallen Feathers Sect come to ruin, even he would be chased out of Class One Hall…

He gritted his teeth!

“No matter what, remember this, someone will take revenge for me!”

While saying that, Situ Luoyu knew that Fallen Feathers Sect had no hope of taking revenge themselves. They could look at the people above them.

When Happy heard that, he knew that all his words would just fall on deaf ears from then on. He no longer showed any mercy and swung his sword down!

As a dull thud of someone falling to the ground was heard, Fox Cave became completely quiet…

The trio looked at each other. Then, they began collecting their loot in the tunnel. Fallen Feathers Sect had brought more than one hundred elites into Fox Cave, which meant that they also dropped a huge sum of money after they died. If they dropped some other good stuff as well, the trio would earn big.

On the other end of the cave that was very far away from them was a group of players. They watched the trio grope about the corpses without daring to take even half a step forward.

Those people were the ones who had come after Happy after a brief period of hesitation to watch the fun. Some of them also belonged to sects that had retreated from the second level of Fox Cave and had coincidentally witnessed more than one hundred elites from Fallen Feathers Sect dying.

Three people and two zombies had engaged in a group fight against more than one hundred people from Fallen Feathers Sect, and none of them had retreated out of fear. Forget about Happy, even Thunderous Battle and Little North had reached such a height after disappearing for half a month. Respect bloomed in many people’s hearts, even though they originally thought that the trio might have won because of luck.

In the crowd was a player who had a plain face. His eyes shone with delight and incredulity.

It had just been some time since they had met, but Little North and Thunderous North had already become capable of fighting against a large group alone, which made even him a little envious. He began to wonder whether he should enter isolated training after the matter ended as well.

“Medicinal Stone!”

Once Happy finished picking up his loot, he noticed All-powerful Medicinal Stone standing in the crowd with his human skin mask. He instantly smiled. “Aren’t you coming out?”

“Mister, we took revenge for you! Aren’t you going to express your gratitude?”

Little North walked over, rubbed his nose, and grinned evilly.

All-powerful Medicinal Stone stared at Little North and sized him up before he grinned.

“Not bad, you have two Hoof Shadow Horse Plates in your bag. Very well, since you took revenge for me just now, I’ll steal one of them from you later!”

“ACK!”

Little North was so terrified by his words that he gripped the mouth of his Universe Bag tightly. He stared at All-powerful Medicinal Stone in a panic. “Mister, how did you know about this?”

He was still very wary of the successor of Marvelous-handed Sect. He looked afraid that All-powerful Medicinal Stone would extend his grabby hands inside and steal from him.

Thunderous Battle and Happy looked at each other and smiled.

“We’re almost done here. There’s no place for us to join the matter inside, anyway. Let’s go.” Happy’s words made the people in the area stunned.

“We’re leaving?”

Even though their main goal for the trip was to get rid of Fallen Feathers Sect and crush Class One Hall’s second pair of claws, they could not just return empty-handed after they entered the treasure trove, right?

“If we head over recklessly when Class One Hall and Chivalry Sect are busy fighting against each other, forget the fact that we won’t get anything good out of it, we might even end up offending both parties. Besides, we only have a few people on our side, and it’ll be a complete joke if we try to fight against Yao Hua and his wife, or did you actually think that you will be able to seize the divine vessels?”

Happy’s tone suggested they were completely out of their league. “We should stop once we’ve reaped our benefits. The people from Class One Hall aren’t idiots, if we go over and fight against them now, we will completely destroy the final buffer that’s maintaining the peaceful coexistence between us. Things will not end well for us then.”

In truth, he was actually rather worried. If he continued staying in Fox Cave, there was a great possibility that a danger he could not predict would come for them!

If Class One Hall and Chivalry Sect managed to slaughter their way into the third level and heavily injure Yao Hua while his mind was not clear, they would get it see something really “fun”. The tragedy of Nine-tailed Fox baptizing Immortal Fox Village and Wuhu with blood might be brought forward, and even the three of them would not be able to escape.

“Alright.”

Even though All-powerful Medicinal felt rather regretful that he could not destroy Class One Hall’s plans to fight over Yao Hua’s divine vessels, Happy was right. It was still too early for them to officially go up against Class One Hall!

The four of them turned around and logged off in Fox Cave at the same time.

*****

The fight between the two women ranked in the second and first place of the Phoenix Rank had reached its climax in the second level of Fox Cave.

Wind Void relied on her small and exquisite Cold Steel Mandarin Duck Saber to move around Dream Clouds like a fluttering butterfly. She sliced upwards, horizontally, downwards, and delivered double slashes. All sorts of sword styles came raining down on Dream Clouds like an avalanche. Wind Void’s attacks came nonstop, and her speed was so quick that she could threaten Dream Clouds from above, the middle, and the bottom.

Her speed and damage were clearly above Stormy Shadowless Kick, and many of the powerful elites from Class One Hall held their breaths as they watched. They stared at the battlefield and did not dare to let down their guard.

Sweat broke out on Dream Clouds’ forehead. She never relaxed her guard.

She could tell at that moment that the Mystical Realm high-tier martial art Wind Void practiced was a speed-based martial art, and its grade was rather high as well. It was very difficult to handle her attacks. If Dream Clouds’ body fortification technique had not been near Grandmaster Realm, she might have lost a long time ago.

However, the damage from the rapid attacks of a Mystical Realm high-tier martial art was very astonishing. After one round of attacks, the light from her body fortification quickly became dimmer. If her equipment had not been incredibly good and she had powerful medicinal pills replenishing her health and restoring the qi she used to maintain her body fortification in a nonstop stream, her body fortification would not have been able to last for too long.

As expected of the former top ranked player on the Phoenix Rank!

Dream Clouds finally understood Wind Void’s strength. There was actually someone who could control the rhythm of a battle while she was up against her alone, even though Dream Clouds should have been the one in control of the battle! Dead She-wolf had also been incapicitated by a blow that was not meant for her after she had drawn closer. She had then hid herself in the corner.

Dream Clouds could not allow the person before her to continue becoming stronger, or else, there was a high possibility that Chivalry Sect would become the biggest obstacle for Class One Hall to become the greatest!

Her gaze turned cold.

The heat of flames suddenly rose from Dream Clouds. A red flash shone, and a red heat wave suddenly gushed out from her sword. Her timing was ingenious, and it went charging straight at Wind Void who moved in to attack.
