She Chose to Be Strong After Her Rebirth and Won Everything Back Chapter 24

Learn

Although Qu Zhi’s stomach was already very big, she was still restless.

In the past, all she needed to do at home was to do some housework, water the flowers and read some books. That was all.

…

In the afternoon, when Chuchu returned, she would prepare dinner. When Liang Wen returned, she would cook supper. A day passed quickly, and so did thirty years.

When she was alone at home in the afternoon, she often felt that cooking was too troublesome, so she would just brush it off.

She now understood that Sisi’s health had been so poor back then because she had not paid attention to supplementing her with nutrition.

Now, she had to cook some meat for herself in the afternoon. Even if the strong pregnancy reaction made her lose her appetite, she still had to eat well and give the baby the best nutrition.

During this period of time, Qu Zhi had gained some weight, but her figure did not go out of shape. Instead, she had become more well-developed and her face had also become a lot rosier.

When Lin He came to her a few days ago and asked her for help with the renovation, she almost couldn’t recognize Qu Zhi.

“Hey, what kind of makeup or skin care products are you using?” She gently touched Qu Zhi’s fair skin, which was like a peeled egg, and clicked her tongue in admiration. Her eyes were overflowing with envy.

“I didn’t use any makeup, I just have a better.” Qu Zhi told her the truth.

In fact, it was her temper that nurtured her. With Qu Zhi’s habit of getting angry in the past, coupled with the fact that they used emotional blackmail to anger her everyday, it was normal for her to age quickly.

These days would have been extremely chaotic if she hadn’t sent them back to their hometown.

“Look, you don’t look like a woman in their thirties. You look more like a college student.” Lin He said. An arrogant person like her had actually said more nice things to Qu Zhi.

She seemed to have really started to express her goodwill to Qu Zhi.

Speaking of this, Qu Zhi suddenly thought of a friend of Liang Wen’s.

It was the time when Liang Wen scolded her during the drinking session. It was also the boss of the drinking session surname Xu.

He pressed down on a petite woman sitting next to him and proudly introduced her to the people around him, “This is my wife, a college student! She’s now the Finance Director of H Group.”

The people around them looked at them with envy. College students in that era were as rare as Phoenix feathers and Qilin horns.

No wonder you’re so capable, a female Financial Director.

That woman was decent-looking, dignified, and magnanimous, suppressing the cowering Qu Zhi to the point that she couldn’t lift her head.

Qu Zhi knew that among the many envious and approving gazes, there was a pair of cold eyes that were like a sharp sword pointing at her.

Qu Zhi didn’t have much to offer. She didn’t have a job, so she didn’t even dare to step out of her house.

Now that Lin He mentioned it, she thought of it. She wanted to learn something. Anything was good. This would allow her to constantly upgrade herself, at least so that she would not be out of touch with this era.

She decided to tell Liang Wen that night.

Liang Wen was originally gulping down the green bean soup that she had made and almost spat it out.

“What?” He looked Qu Zhi up and down, then pointed at her big belly and said, “You’re going to give birth in a few months. Do you have nothing better to do, so you go through all this trouble? ”

“I’m want to learn something.” Qu Zhi was very firm and her tone was firm.

“… At least wait until the child is born.” Liang Wen had never seen such a tough Qu Zhi before, so his tone softened. “It’s not good for the child if you keep walking around…”

After giving birth, she would be busy with new things. At that time, she would have to take care of the child at all times and be around the child. By then, it would be impossible for her to learn anything.

“I won’t have time after giving birth.” Qu Zhi had already finished reading the training class’s flyer. She had picked it up from the roadside when she went to buy vegetables that night.

She pointed at the list and said to Liang Wen, “It would take two months at most. I’m a fast learner, so it won’t take so long.”

Liang Wen took a look at the financial training class flyer.

People of that era didn’t know much about financial management, so Liang Wen felt that this class was at most a layman trying to trick a layman. However, Qu Zhi looked so determined, so he just let her be.

She was probably too free at home, so she thought of it as going out to have some fun.

“Alright,” He said.

She could play however she wanted to since she had a lot of time.
