The moment he touched it, he went through the tree.

There were many mountains in it.

The crack extended all the way from the mountain peak until the section where that figure was sleeping at. Following which, that figure flew out and stood on one side of the frosty mountain peak.

That was a barefooted male wearing a broken-looking cloth.

He stood there lazily, casting his gaze on the figure of Xue Ying who was far away while revealing a slight grin. His body was emitting a terrifying aura.

“Hong!”

The terrifying aura coming from his body rushed out in all directions, causing space to echo with explosions. A distorted spatial fluctuation which the naked eyes could see had been formed.

For a moment, the surrounding space of over a few hundred billion kilometers was distorted. This male looked at Xue Ying with a smile that did not seem like one, “Are you my opponent this time?”

“Opponent?” Xue Ying’s expression had long changed.

This powerful aura gave Xue Ying a considerable pressure.

“Little brat.” The white-haired old man said, “This is your opponent. Your trial is… to pull that ax out under his interference. As long as you could do so successfully, you would have succeeded. You could then challenge again when you are at the World Realm.”

“I do not have to defeat him?” Xue Ying was startled.

“Defeat him?” The white-haired old man was stunned before shaking his head continuously, “Naturally not! How could you defeat him? His realm might be low, and at the World Deity realm… but he is practically the strongest existence within the World Deity realm.”

Xue Ying felt puzzled, “He hasn’t opened his Dao?”

“Nope.” The white-haired old man answered, “His realm is similar to yours at the stage four World Deity realm.”

Xue Ying nodded.

The Starting Ground divided one’s combat power primarily via realm. World Deity realm, World realm, Opening realm and Ruler realm. Like Bamboo Mountain Prefecture Master, even though he was a stage four World Deity, he had opened his Dao and was considered at the ‘Opening realm’.
