Later that afternoon, he returned to his apartment, packed his bag and left for the film crew. His days with them were busy. Sometimes he needed to work until three or four o’clock in the morning. Only on New Year’s Day, today, did he take a break and drive to Tianhu Villa.

Mo Jin and Xu Zhengxuan had arrived before him. It was Little Appel’s first New Year’s Day, so a lot of people from the Nian Family and the Murong Family had come to celebrate together. The house was noisy and warm.

Mo Jin frowned, then turned and said to Luosang, “He used to work on film crews for a couple of months in a row, but he never looked like this. I guess what Junting said is true. He’s probably had a failed relationship. I can’t believe he actually fell in love. I guess she dumped him and he took it hard.”

Luosang was a little stunned as well. Was the big-mouthed Nian Junting right? “Perhaps he didn’t like foreign girls. I wonder, who is this girl he’s so crazy about? Never mind. Mom, don’t ask him about it. It’s normal to have your heart broken when you’re young and in love!””Everybody goes through it when they’re his age,” Mo Jin sighed, “Getting hurt is how you finally grow up on your way to a successful relationship.” Luosang nodded in agreement.

Nian Junting looked at Mo Liuxi and raised his eyebrows. Five minutes later, he handed his son to Murong Cheng, then walked to Mo Liuxi and said, “You got An Ning expelled from school for improper behavior. Everybody knows. No other school will ever take her in. That’s a bit cruel. She’s only nineteen, after all.”

Mo Liuxi raised his head, glanced at Nian Junting and said blandly, “What did her sister say to you?”

“An Ning cried to her sister and said you slept with her and then hooked up with Yan Su,” said Nian Junting with a weird look on his face. He was astonished when he heard about that from An Lan. Mo Liuxi had fallen in love with his sister’s best friend. And Yan Su wasn’t so picky. Mo Liuxi was so hard to get along with. What did she see in him? Lu Kang’s heart would break in a thousand pieces if he ever found out about that.

“Bitch,” Mo Liuxi said meanly. Nian Junting sighed. He probably hated An Ning’s guts; he’d never say something like that to a girl. “What on earth’s going on? I also heard that you told your friends in the entertainment circle to never work with An Ning and that whoever did would become your enemy.”

“Yeah, Mo Liuxi nodded and said, “She wants to be an actress, doesn’t she? She wants to become a star. That’s why she got into the acting department. I got her kicked out of school and ruined her chance of entering the business. She won’t even get her diploma.”

This kid is a little like me, Nian Junting thought. He did the same thing to Ye Chuen. But at least Ye Chuen was able to finish her studies in college. “What on earth did she do to you? Did she rape you or disgust you?”

Mo Liuxi didn’t know what to say.

He was, indeed, disgusted though.
