Yan Su’s eyelashes shook slightly. She looked at him with surprise. They rarely talked to each other at school, so she really didn’t know about those things. Perhaps that was what people would do when they really like someone.

Yan Su looked outside through the peephole. She saw Luosang and Nian Junting. Why did those two come at dinner time? She hurriedly pulled her hand out of Mo Liuxi’s hand, ran to the kitchen, picked up a knife, and pretended to be making dinner.

“What took you so long to answer the door? I thought you weren’t here.” Luosang quickly noticed Yan Su’s shoes at the door. “Is Su here?”

“Yeah, she’s serving me.” Mo Liuxi threw out two slippers.

Luosang was wearing a pair of ankle boots. Her belly was so huge that she couldn’t take off her shoes by herself. Nian Junting quickly bent over to do it for her.

Mo Liuxi noticed Nian Junting’s smooth movements and figured that he had done it many times.

“Why are you here?” he asked.

Seriously, why were they there?

“Didn’t you say that you’d take out the stitches today?” Luosang asked? “We were out shopping earlier. We decided to drop by and visit you, and also get some dinner.”

She put on the slippers and headed toward the kitchen.

“Su, thank you for taking care of Liuxi these days. I got you a present this afternoon.” Luosang handed her a paper bag. “Don’t you always like the clothes from this brand? You never bought them because you wanted to save money. I saw this. I think it suits you perfectly, so I got it for you. I know you can afford this yourself now, but I thought of you the moment I saw it.”

Yan Su opened the bag. It was an embroidered, orange jacket. It was beautiful. She and Luosang used to visit that shop often. She was touched and hugged Luosang.

“Sangsang, thank you,” she said. “I can’t believe you still remember that.”

“I sure do,” Luosang said.

Both of the men’s faces darkened when they saw the two women hug each other.

Mo Liuxi rubbed the point between his eyebrows. He couldn’t help but remind Luosang, “Aren’t you here to visit me? Did you bring me anything?”

Luosang remained silent.
