“Have some lobster.” Luo Sang divided the lobster into two portions and placed one half on his plate. It was her first time making lobster, and she made sure to watch the fire when she steamed it. Thank goodness the meat was not overcooked, and she managed to keep it tender. The flavor was decent, as well.

“Luoluo, this is delicious!” Nian Junting was full of compliments for the dish. He took a couple of bites before taking out his phone.

“What are you doing?”

“I’m going to post our dinner online.”

Luo Sang blinked and thought, My boyfriend is such a social media spammer… She couldn’t help but refresh her own social media page on her phone to look at his new status update.

“A special dinner by a special someone tonight, delicious… Merry Christmas everybody,” the caption read.

She quickly hit reply on the post. “Merry Christmas, I love you.” She proceeded to say to him, “Go check on your post.”

Nian Junting opened his page again, and this time, his ears turned bright red. His expression bloomed into a grin, and he picked up a piece of sashimi for himself. Suddenly, a drop of soy sauce dripped onto his scarf. His expression changed immediately as he frantically grabbed a napkin to clean the scarf. Unfortunately, he only managed to spread the stain.

“My scarf!” he said in exasperation. “It’s dirty now.” He looked like a child who had just broken his favorite toy.

“That’s alright, we just need to wash it,” Luo Sang chimed in quickly.

“But you made this for me with your own hands. I can’t believe I dirtied it less than three hours after I received it,” Nian Junting said, frustrated.

“Didn’t I tell you to remove it when you eat?” Luo Sang was frustrated, too.

“You gifted this to me. I want to wear it even when I’m eating,” Nian Junting said matter-of-factly.

Luo Sang was taken aback. She couldn’t bear to see him get upset like this. It made her upset as well.

When she had been in a relationship before, Yi Jingxi never treasured her gifts as Nian Junting did. He was the only one who sincerely complimented her for everything that she did. Although he had a bad temper, and he was bossy and easily jealous, he was also direct and passionate, warm and innocent.

“Hmm, I can make you another one over the Lunar New Year when I’m free. Come on, don’t be upset anymore.” Luo Sang planted a kiss on his cheek.

Nian Junting turned and kissed her on the lips. He was finally appeased.

After their meal, Luo Sang watched as he took the scarf to the bathroom to clean. She followed behind him and saw him squeeze a drop of detergent onto the scarf and scrub the scarf in a gentle and clumsy manner.

Her heart melted at that moment.

After dinner, Luo Sang showered downstairs, and Nian Junting showered upstairs. When he came out of the shower, he threw the remote control onto her lap. “I want to watch ‘Heavenly Sword and the Dragon Slaying Saber,’ especially the episode where Zhao Ming bites Zhang Wuji.”

Luo Sang was speechless. He was always so random. “How can I remember which episode it was?”

“Then comb through every episode. We have so much time to kill tonight, anyway.” Nian Junting rested his hands on his waist.

Luo Sang took forever to find that episode, since it was a short scene. After he watched it, Nian Junting was emotionally affected and held out his arm to her mouth. “Bite me, bite me as hard as you love me.”

“…” What do you do when your boyfriend is so retarded? she thought.

“If you don’t bite me, I’ll bite you, then.” Nian Junting grabbed her arm and opened his mouth to bite her.

“Don’t, I’m scared of pain!” Luo Sang yelled.
