As Luosang refused to cook determinedly, Nian Junting knitted his brows.

No wonder people say that women are only attentive when pursuing men. Now that I’ve become her boyfriend, so she won’t cherish me anymore.

A while later, he said with a low voice, “Alright, I’ll cook.”

He was so bad at self-control, and let himself get bagged by her so easily. He considered it his own fault.

Luosang put the apron on him by herself, then stood beside him to teach him while peeling grapes.

Nian Junting turned back to watch her peeling grapes. He thought she’d put the peeled grapes in his mouth, but to his surprise, all the grapes disappeared into her pink lips.

“Don’t you think it’s awful to eat alone?”

“Okay.” Luosang gave a smile, then put a peeled grape near his mouth. He opened his mouth to bite it, but then she abruptly pulled her hand back and put the grape into her own mouth.

Nian Junting could scarcely believe what had just happened. It was the first time in his life he had gotten tricked by someone.

“Luo…”

“I had a second thought,” she responded. “Why should I peel grapes for you? I’m not your carer anymore.” She blinked her dark and bright eyes, smiling like a fox.

Nian Junting wanted to get mad, but somehow, he felt that the naughty Luosang looked extremely adorable. When she was his carer, she was always serious and quiet, so he had hardly seen her act like this. He wanted to hold her in his arms and give her a big kiss.

As he was in a daze, the oil popped loudly in the pot and splashed on his face, made his handsome face twist in pain.

Luosang hurriedly turned down heat and asked him, “Are you alright?”

The pain was nothing to Nian Junting, as he was a former special-forces soldier. However, when seeing the concern in her eyes, he automatically knitted his brows and said, “My face hurts.”

“Let me see,” Luosang stood on her tiptoes and held his face in her hands. Finding a large red area on his right cheek, she said, “What can I say? You’ve injured your face when cooking.”

“Em…” Nian Junting fixed his eyes on her face without blinking. From such a short distance, her forehead looked smooth, her nose was straight and pretty, and her lips were pink and moisturized. Her bright eyes reflected his face, making his heart thump. Without thinking, he lowered his head and gave her a kiss.

Luosang gave a start, then raised her head to look at his dark eyes.

Her heart missed a beat. A while later, she bit her own lips, which had turned burning hot after being kissed by him, and said, “Mr. Nian, how could you do that without my permission?”

“I was stirred just now,” Nian Junting replied with an innocent tone. “Luo, you’re the master of flirting.”

Luosang didn’t even know what to say, as she felt a little like going crazy. She didn’t understand who was flirting with who.

“When did I flirt with you? I was just checking your face,” she said.

“I don’t know. Perhaps… I saw that you cared so much about me, so I wanted to kiss you.” Nian Junting smiled and added, “You looked beautiful just now.”

Luosang blushed, and she couldn’t calm herself down.

“Mr. Nian,” she said, “Go apply some medicine to your face. I’ll cook.”

She believed that she was wrong for letting him cook.

“No. I discovered that I love cooking.” Nian Junting picked up the pot and said, “Tell me what should I do next.”

Luosang rubbed her own head, then continued teaching him.

Sadly, he wasn’t cut out for cooking. He was burned with hot oil for a few more times, and the two plates of food he made were both burned and black. At last, she seized the pot from his hand and pushed him out of the kitchen.
