“How was it? Are you satisfied with the results?” She heard Feng Tianyi say after he picked up her call on the second ring. Tang Moyu only hummed in response and waved a hand when someone greeted her in the hallway.

“Baobao and Little Star are curious why you are on television again. It’s hard to explain to them why their mommy is so popular these days.” He laughed.

“Everything went well, but I need some help.” She said in a low voice, not wanting anyone to hear their conversation.

“What is it?”

“I wanna go home, but I can’t leave the company building. There are so many people camping outside.” She said truthfully.

“Alright. Give me at least five minutes. I’ll arrange for someone to pick you up. Just let me know where’s the safe place to meet you.”

Tang Moyu agreed and gave the details he needed. While waiting, she helped Cheng Ning to clean up her table at the CEO’s office. The young woman looked dispirited. Cheng Ning was also not informed ahead of time of her boss’s resignation. Seeing her like this, how can the empress ignore her situation?
