Yue Tingfeng would never allow any chances for Helan Fangnian to get close to Yan Qingsi. He would seize any possible way to get Helan Fangnian to give up trying to win Qingsi over.

The three of them were sitting on a bed while having a very serious card game.

Yue Tingfeng had won the first round without much effort. It was quite predictable for him to win. However, the biggest loser of this round’s game of cards was none other than Yan Qingsi.

Yue Tingfeng rubbed both hands together. He said with a cocky laugh, “Since I’m the winner, I will not go easy on you.”

Yan Qingsi rolled her eyes after hearing what Tingfeng had said.

“I’ve been meaning to ask you, did you ever thought of me in the last 3 years after we had slept together?” Yue Tingfeng asked.

“Nope.” Yan Qingsi brushed off that question.

Yue Tingfeng clenched his teeth from the self-inflicted embarrassment he had brought onto himself. He said. “Really, not even once?”

Yan Qingsi gave it a much deeper thought and nodded. She replied. “I have…”

Yue Tingfeng rushed for a follow-up question, “What did you think about then?”

Yan Qingsi answered while rubbing her chin, “I thought about, if I know that I get to sleep with you at the end, I should have done it much sooner, who knows, maybe 3 years ago, I’ll get to sleep with you more often, then perhaps I get to spite Yan Ruke more.”

Seeing how Yue Tingfeng had tensed up as he clenched his teeth, Helan Fangnian’s lips twitched a little.

“You’re right, you’re absolutely right… You should’ve done it much sooner, on the topic of if only you’d known then, I should’ve seduced you sooner to allow you to prey on me sooner. Oh man, what a shame indeed.” Yue Tingfeng said jokingly as he calmed down.

Yan Qingsi’s lips twitched a little as she thought about how Yue Tingfeng took being thick-skinned and shameless to a whole new level.

Helan Fangnian, however, remained completely silent, not saying anything during the entire exchange.

Yue Tingfeng remained undefeated for the second round as the biggest loser was still the same poor Yan Qingsi. On the topic of competitive games for a night, no one could be more competitive than Yue Tingfeng as he had the biggest grin on his face for winning again.

“Forgive me, but it looks like I have won again.” Yue Tingfeng said with a smug look on his face.

Yan Qingsi pouted as she threw her cards onto the bed. She said, “Fine, ask away.”

“What do you think about my skills.” Yue Tingfeng asked while rubbing his chin.

“What skills?” Yan Qingsi asked.

“Of course I’m talking about bed skills. You did tell my mom about an abortion caused entirely by me. From how I see it, I should be the one to tell my mom. How embarrassing!” Yue Tingfeng replied while patting the bed.

“You really want me to say?” Yan Qingsi said while pouting.

“Yea, please do share, since Helan Fangnian is not exactly a stranger, I believe we can all learn a thing or two from your perspective. An open discussion so to speak. If there is any way that I could improve on, I believe I will work harder to do so. With that, I will guarantee your complete satisfaction in the future.” Yue Tingfeng replied.

Helan Fangnian grew pale by Yue Tingfeng’s purposefully planned intimate questions. It was quite clear and simply to Yue Tingfeng’s objective. He is going for the kill. Since he clearly knew about Helan Fangnian’s crush on Yan Qingsi, he did the most immature thing possible in this situation, by flaunting both their intimacy to his face.

All just to spite him.

Yue Tingfeng’s plan was quite underhanded. However… It was extremely effective.

Sometimes, the easiest solution could turn out to be the deadliest solution.

Helan Fangnian was reminded about that day after what Yue Tingfeng had said. Since he claimed to have slept with her 3 years ago, so in a much deeper thought, who was stealing whose girl now?

Yan Qingsi did not flinch at his question, however. She simply squinted at Yue Tingfeng while tapping at a card that shows a 2 of clubs as she whispered slowly to Yue Tingfeng, “I think… you are… Maybe I should just…rate your performance…”

Hearing this threw Yue Tingfeng off completely, he felt unsatisfied as he could see that her slender fingers tapping at that 2 of clubs, mocking him.

He frantically shuffled the pile of cards around and said, “Alright…Let’s just drop that question and carry on for round 3.”
