Staring at Qin Jingzhi with her fixed gaze, Helan Xiuse held Mrs. Yue’s hand when she came back from her la la land and asked, “Auntie… Is sister Qingsi officially together with brother Tingfeng?”

Mrs. Yue was deep in thought about Qin Jingzhi, she then answered simply, “Didn’t you see that this morning? Sigh, a young girl like you should not be worried about this at all.”

Helan Xiuse pursed her lips together and wrinkled her nose with a sense of rejection.

At night, Yue Tongfeng took them out for dinner. Again, it was at the barbecue restaurant.

Helan Xiuse was a spoiled child in the Helan family. It would be a joke if she became Qingsi’s assistant but Qingsi was the one taking care of her. Should anything goes wrong, the Helan would make Qingsi pay for it.

Besides, Helan Xiuse is Helan Fangnian’s sister. This sole reason was good enough to make it impossible for Helan Xiuse to work for Yan Qingsi.

Yue Tingfeng’s face darkened. He gazed coldly at Helan Xiuse.

Helan Xiuse pleaded, making her best puppy dog eyes, “Sister Qingsi, pretty please. I really want to do the internship. Can you please agree to it? You’re such a good person, you’ll let me do it, right?”

“Tonight, I’ll be sleeping with Qingsi. You go on and sleep. Here is the room key.”

Yue Tingfeng held onto Mrs. Yue’s hand. “Mom, don’t do that.”

Mrs. Yue pushed his hand away forcefully and said, “That’s it. You go on.”

Then, she pulled Qingsi towards the room and closed the door behind them, leaving Yue Tingfeng outside on the other side of the door.
